We were gifted this sweet little board book and everyone loves it. It’s hard to read without singing, so we lean into that impulse and sing our hearts out – always ending with our very best version of Louis Armstrong’s “ohhh yeahhh.”

The illustrations are bright and cheerful, capturing the attention of even our tiniest story time participant. I think they’re also helping our son to remember the lyrics to the song, even though he often says “what a beautiful world.” This little hot air balloon drifting over the mountains is one of my favorites:
